It's certainly affordable. What would be a good dosing schedule? I don't like to take stims before cardio as my cardio is intense enough with sprints uphill and what not. Could I take the yo before my cardio and eca twice daily after perhaps? Like 5mgs yo hcl and then cardio, eat breakfast then take my eca stack followed by a second dose 5 hours later. Would 5mgs daily be enough yo to help harden my legs?
dont worry too much about the timing of these things. just dont take it at night, that way you can get to sleep. digestion rates are tricky things and they vvary from day to day form person to person.  you couild take it pre cardio but it probably wouldnt be exerting any effect untill after yoru cardio.  just take it when its convenient.

Vitamin shoppe has the good one (mentioned somewhere in this thread can't remember what it's called) for 12 bucks for the 2.5 mgs. I'm going to get it after work and run 10mgs twice daily with a 200mg caffeine tablet. Hope it works! ECA is making me look wirey which I hate. Ephedrine makes me feel all sucked up.

I am impressed with the results but NOT how I feel AT ALL. Near zero carbs and 20 mgs of yo and 400mgs of caffeine daily works phenomanal but i can't think and I feel like GARBAGE. Yuck. I experimented today with this regimen

7am 10mgs yo hcl 200mgs caffein
11am 1 & 1 1/2 bronkaid
12pm 200 mgs caffeine
at 4pm im going to take the other 10mg yo

All day mostly all chicken and nuts. Had a slice of wheat break earlier and that's really it for carbs. Im getting some fat off i had NEVER been able to but man I feel like shit...I took the day off from training. Im sore and not recovering well. Tomorrow I'm back at it! I'm hoping to be 195 in 2 weeks or so. I started at 217 a few weeks ago. Sitting at 208ish. Strength is steady, I'm lifting about the same when I go so don't think I'm losing muscle. Puke. F*** uphill sprints they are the devil!!!!!!!

Wait- can I just take my 20mgs of YO first thing in the morning? Say with half a vivarin? And then pop my ephedrine later in the day? I thought you had to split the dose but you can take the full 20mgs as one dose? Has anyone tried this?

I hate it! But it's the only diet that works for me. So since nobody is saying anything I'm going to try 15mgs of yo HCL and 100mgs caffeine tom morning before cardio. Then up it to 20 if I'm ok. Run eca later in the day two doses. Thoughts anyone?

As far as Epehdra, goes, you could run, 25 mg, if you have a real high tolerance, go 50mg.With Caffeine go 300 mg, 350mg tops, then no more then 100 mg of Aspirin.Now Yohimbe, if its real HCL you need 12-16 mg tops, 15 mg is optimum dosage.
You have to watch you Yohimbe because it can make you jittery, and make you feel weird.
To make this stack really crank do this
25 mg Of Ephedra,
75mg Of Synephrine
100 mg of Caffeine
15mg of Yohimbe
then add 20mg of ginger to raise your body temperature

Wait are you saying take the ephedra and yo at the same time? I have no synephrine- only bronkaid caffeine and yo HCL 2.5 mg pills from prima force.

Find something with usnic acid online and you're set! Dnp does the same thing. Not sure if there are any others on the market.

Amazing stuff. I have seen some incredible progress since starting. I am running it 10mgs 30 min before cardio and 10mgs at the start of my morning cardio on empty stomach. I ditched the caffeine they don't mix well at that dose. After I eak breakfast no carbs. Next meal has some carbs and after it's 1 1/2 bronkaid and 1/2 vivarin. About 2 hours later repeat. Amazing. I'm losing fat I have never been able to get off. I went from 212 to 207 to 203 (today this morning) in the last week and a half. Lifted last night and I am getting STRONGER as compared to when I started losing weight 6 weeks ago @ 225 lbs. Negatives are the crappy feeling from no carbs and it's kinda hard to piss. BUt man every time I wake up and see myself in the mirror I see daily progress. Awesome.
