Agreed.  Swinging the hell out it, doing partial Hammer curls.  Guy has brutal short man complex.
We get it.  Without drugs you'd be an Erckel look alike.

Wasn't a problem 20 years ago when cellies were out of the norm. Now its just a crutch.

Someone can call the front desk and page you.

Only people who should have a phone w/ them in the gym is a Dr. who is on call.

Same thing with the movies... people went to the gym and movies for decades with no cellies and they survived.

well so heavy so id have to be swinging like DH is doing...
I use 80's on my last  set ...strict..
but like i said i dont beleave in going super heavy on arms

smart man, why work shoulders, back, legs, etc when you're trying to work ARMS right??  80's strict is very impressive. I think I could do the 20's right now

well you could run to your locker every 10 mins to check if the emergency call has come.  240 your a cool guy but seem a bit paranoid.

Have you not trained wifey on the 911 system, I mean if its a true emergency what are you gonna do anyhow? If it really is a matter life or death and wifey is not smart enough to call 911 first, but calls you first for advice there is many crucial mins down the drain.  Train your family in emergency protocol it could be the difference between living and dying.

Hammer curls are the easiest movement to go heavy on for biceps, and those weren't exactly good reps. David henry also claims one arm behind the neck 120lb tricep extensions

I understand needing the occasional break after a hard set, but why give up your pump to bullshit with the boys?  Focus, man!
