You are 'natural' trainer. You are not gaining. You have been training consistently for a few years. You decide to slightly increase you calorific intake [not junk, just a few hundred cals from protein, quality carbs etc]. You find that you begin to gain a slight bit of fat-nothing dramatic, just a bit of smoothing, that probably only you would notice. However, your muscular gains are not increasing-despite the fact that, as you are obviously in a (quality) calorie surplus. is this just the bain of the 'natural' trainer? I.E, after a few years of consistent training, you reach you genetic max and the only bodyweight that you get then is fat? Interesting.
