I guess you haven't read the IFBB Pro rules where it says as an IFBB Pro you Can't belittle or talk smack about another IFBB Pro.I would guess Troy would not like to read on Getbig that another small time Nobody Pro named Namat is talking about what Drugs he has under his skin.You should walk lightly Kid.

My expert opinion comes from studying anatomy in college.  Delts simply don't angle that way naturally and I stated that it most likely a site injection rather than synthol.  Now, I'm certainly no Layne Norton but if you actually look at the top of his arm in his side chest pose, you can see it.  Its barely noticeable as I stated before again but its there. 


Regardless of that, Troy Alves may have been shredded but he doesn't have good wheels, Melvin Anthony was only doing the show as a warmup for the O and to fulfill his two a year compete clause.  Hide and Gustovo came to win that show and they tore it up. 

Everyone thinks Hide isn't worth paying attention to but he's getting better and more ripped especially his back where he just stomped mud puddles all over everyone.  Its going to be one interesting Olympia

Well, Vince. As a proud owner of shoulder muscles, I can honestly say there's nothing wrong with Troy's shoulder. Perhaps there may be something in there, but nothing out of the ordinary (SEO). Perhaps if you carried a little muscle mass yourself, the concept would not be so foreign.

chuckle...my back and shoulders aren't no joke whatsoever but its not important in this conversion. 

Besides the delts, he's always going to have trouble competing simply because he doesn't have a good set of legs which hurts him in the long run now matter how shredded he comes into the show

Yes you are correct , delts do not angle that way normaly but he is a bodybuilder with hypertrophied muscles not a picture on an anatomy chart..

Once you get to that stage its a different ballgame..Of course he injects stuff into his shoulders but There looks to be no SEO there just an extreme hypertrophied deltoid..hope that helps , oh Ive done anatomy as well and it looks ok to me..Dustin is right

I've taken pictures of side chest shots and tricep shots, and I swear to God it looks like I have two mls of oil in my delts. This was off cycle and clean as a whistle of course. I'm not carrying sheaths of muscle, but like you said bodybuilders are far from the sedentary folk that comprise traditional anatomy charts.

i don't think the comparison to the ironman is too fair.
that lighting makes everyone look fantastic.

anytime u ask a pro's best shape, they'll usually say ironman ( whatever year )

it's just hard to beat.
