where is shawn so he can rag us for downing melvin? yep shawn...we are haters. phil looked drier than him when he was 4 weeks out. he's coming in soft again. his hams and gluts are soft as usual. he'd have to pretty much stop eating for the next 2 weeks and no h2o but we know he'll have some cheat meals in there like 1 a day. he did look good when he was with chad though.

Obviously a picture taken when hes not flexing his abs because the guys got the smallest waist on stage. That said very unimpressive and he will have a hard time making the top ten at the O.

At the Atlantic City Pro Melvin Anthony got a wake up call .Melvin counts to much on his genetics, and this time it bit him in the ass. Guys like Melvin cheat on there diet all the time, but most of the time they get lucky and win.I am glad finally glad that guys who worked harder, beat someone with better genetics.This reminds me of Dorian, beating Flex Wheeler, and Kevin Levrone.Both of those guys would kill Dorian if they trained as hard as him and followed a strict diet.Flex would eat tater tots, and consider that dieting.

What I call dieting is measuring and weighing all your food, and not cheating .This means suffering, and feeling like shi$$# 90% of the time. If only guys like Melvin would wake up, and diet, and do what it takes to really win, not just "get by"

Melvin doesn't give two shits about winning the AC.
I'm sure he has a contract that says he has to compete twice a year so he does the AC because it's two weeks before the Olympia and his fat ass only has to diet once a year.

I remember Melvin Anthony placing 4th in 2007, and then two weeks later, placing 6th at the Olympia, after everyone had written him out of the top 10 there.

However, this is a much harder lineup and Melvin is a little older than 2 years ago... but don't count him out just yet.

You are right about Melvin peaking for the Olympia, where the money is much more, and not the AC.
