That's about the same as MattT's psychological age.

i've said it  before. you have the best genetics on here. you can still gain about 25-30 lb and still be under 202, no?

legs and calves, the determining factor.  it'll be a sad thing if you waste those genetics and don't do it.

Really? I beg to defer ;)

Seriously though, you have great genetics and structure. Just depends on how far you want to take it. Lots of potential, and keep it up! ;)

Here's a vid from the Branch Warren Classic in Conroe, near Houston. It was my third show. Been training for 4, almost 5 years since I was 19. Probably about the time I registered here at getbig ;D I go by Kev, but my middle name is Ryan, hint the handle.  I workout at 24 hour fitness with a couple of amatuer bber's who helped me prepped for the show.

198-200 lbs in 2008-2009.

I'm 5'7".

You should be winning 202 shows!, you have a better structure then Flex Lewis and your legs are just as big!, yet you have a bigger upper body!.

ok can't tell much from the vid other then that you have great condition!.  As for genetics yeh id say you have decent genetics, just need to add more thickness to your frame.  How tall are you?, and how much do you weigh in that vid?

Yeah, but I have to learn the timing... Carb depletion, water intake, diuretics, carbing up...the last week...and I always missed my peak. OK, this year I was ill, but last year was almost the same in Tampa...my muscles were much better 1 week out...

We'll see next year...

Cool, yeh being 6 foot tall you gotta be like 250lbs on stage to not look stringy, another 45lbs of muscle and you have a good shot at turning pro!

Yeh i saw your 1 week out pics, you were shredded!, then looked to have flattened out for the show.  Who helps you with your diet?.  Have you ever done sodium load?.  For this last show i did it and it helped allot, i still need to fine tune things, and im going to diet longer as i still needed to lose abit of fat.

Yeah, that's why at this time I have no plans on competing, just working out to stay in shape, I feel more comfortable staying around 215 year round. Good luck in turning pro if you decide to go for it!! You'll look killer at 190 or so contest shape.

Nobody helped me. I never did sodium load.

I hope that next year I'll be better.

The O-1? How did you document your excellence?

It was a serious question. Documentation of excellence requires fulfilling 3 of 8 criterias.

Quote
Generally, to qualify for O-1 classification, aliens of extraordinary ability in the sciences, education, business, or athletics must demonstrate sustained national or international acclaim and recognition for achievements in the field of expertise by providing evidence of:

Receipt of a major, internationally recognized award, such as the Nobel Prize; or at least three of the following forms of documentation:

Documentation of the alien's receipt of nationally or internationally recognized prizes or awards for excellence in the field of endeavor;
Documentation of the alien's membership in associations in the field for which classification is sought, which require outstanding achievements of their members, as judged by recognized national or international experts in their disciplines or fields;
Published material in professional or major trade publications or major media about the alien, relating to the alien's work in the field for which classification is sought, which shall include the title, date, and author of such published material, and any necessary translation;
Evidence of the alien's participation on a panel, or individually, as a judge of the work of others in the same or in an allied field of specialization to that for which classification is sought;
Evidence of the alien's original scientific, scholarly, or business-related contributions of major significance in the field;
Evidence of the alien's authorship of scholarly articles in the field, in professional journals, or other major media;
Evidence that the alien has been employed in a critical or essential capacity for organizations and establishments that have a distinguished reputation;
Evidence that the alien has either commanded a high salary or will command a high salary or other remuneration for services, evidenced by contracts or other reliable evidence.
