It was a serious question. Documentation of excellence requires fulfilling 3 of 8 criterias.

Im glad they brought this class in, gives me something to look forward too if i ever had the opportunity to turn pro. However honestly do i have the potential to be a David Henry, or Flex Lewis type competitor?

In my honest opinion, I think you could be a top 202 competitor!

You already have the base combined with nice shape and lines, you just need some MASS.

Don’t listen to any pessimistic comments, I have a feeling that you could reach far on that sport if you concentrate on your food intake, hard training, enough rest & sleep and supplementation & AAS.

Best of luck and I hope to see you some day as a Pro Bodybuilder.  :)

for being 178lbs or so with drugs I'd say no.  How many years have you been using? and you still haven't really gained much.  Just telling it like it is.  If you've been clean then I'd say you have some potential but then it would still come down to your response to drugs.

well ok,but on a another hand if he hasn't yet touched gh and other combos then yes he will gain that additional size needed,he has natural shape, structure in place.its up to him moving to next phase of usage,he has to have mindset to go and stay there for yrs.

Im looking at dude like David Henry who IMO still has weak legs but can win shows, and i think i have better structure to my legs then David and can build more mass on them now that iv just started doing squats!.  And im not going to use ben as goal to try and get my legs to look like, i'll never be 250lbs on stage?.  Even shawn rays legs would look small next to Ben's legs.   But shawn ray's upper body would destroy Bens by a mile!.    So no i wont listen to your bad advice! ::)
