15lbs of muscle means no gains? ::)  and allot of those years i did not know what i was doing, i put on 15lbs and refined my body.  I have things under control, i want to be about 5lbs heavier by next year which would put me at 180lbs on stage, then by 2011 would like to be around 187lbs the same weight Jose Raymond was at the 202 in Tampa, now is that so far off?  like for real chill out iv done things my way and things are going pretty good.  Do you expect me to look like Ronnie Coleman? ::)  I do things my way, not the way you'd like to see them.

Good to see an intellectually inferior ***** trying sports.

dude all i asked for was ur plan.

what did u start this thread for? so everyone could say that u can be a pro? is that what u want ppl to tell u?

no offense, u have great potential but u said it yourself. U gained 15lbs in six years......thats like 2.5lbs of muscle a year.....

and u want to be a pro. u got a long ways to go, thats why i asked to see ur plan....

so where is it? u gotta a plan or do u just want ppl to come on here and tell u how good u look?

Yes i want to be pro and compete in the 202 class, who cares how little muscle iv gained over 6 years?, i could see if i needed to get up to 230lbs, then yeh my chances are pretty slim, but we're talkin about the 202 class here, i only need to pack on 10lbs and i could compete in that class.    I will do what i need to do in order to gain the muscle needed in the next 2 years.   but redneck Republican comments like this "how do u plan to make any improvements over the next year if u havent made any in the past six....."    are useless for this thread, as i have made gains, while you're saying i haven't made any?.  Meaning i would still weigh 160lbs like i did back in 2003?.  Do don't be a retard and say shit like that, and try and sound like you were just asking to see my plan ::)

MattT starts another thread desperately seeking compliments.  When he recieves some constructive criticism he melts down like always and calls the person a hater.  He's thin skinned in addition to being gay and retarded.

And he'll start another thread just like this one next week, he always does.

I'll try my best!
I have been a judge for over 20 yrs and in a word, YES< you could be a better than avg under 202 pro.
Keep at it and with this as your big goal, you won't have to take an extreme amount of drugs.
Having said that, you do know the deal on "what it takes " means right.
I think it is cool that you want to be an under 202 pro. Just be sure to have a legit , stable career OUTSIDE of bodybuilding/gym, etc
Good luck, what is next for ya on the contest scene.
Hearing 1st hand goals of guys going for it ,always motivates me to train and makes me feel postive about BB.

but actually u wouldnt have to gain just 10lbs, because if u were in shape, which u were not in condition u would probably be atleast 10lbs lighter ( if u were in shredded national/pro level condition ). so that gives u atleast 20 if not more lbs to gain to even think about being at a national level.

and also your jose raymond comparison shouldnt mean much because that guy is like 5'4 and i know your atleast two inches taller than that. so i wouldnt try to weigh as much as a man who is shorter than most women.

and me asking for your plan to improve shouldnt be out of the question, since u will need to improve to even think about turning pro.

so once again. whats your plan?

Really, you stated back than, that you weighed 170 or 175. Now you are stating you weigh 160??? :-\

Potential is there like I said, but I guess everyone is different when it comes to response to gear.

Did your libido go down before you started the test shots or was it just a precaution? Isn't 10-14 days too far apart for testc anyway ?
another question is, what did it cost to run 1g of primo a week? :o

Do you plan to 'bulk' on it the next time?

it cost me 1300$ for 100 amps of primo !
very expensive but I wanted to try high doses of that stuff.

I did the test shots as a precaution and even at 10-14 days apart, it didn't matter it seemed !

the libido stayed normal during the whole cycle

I don't plan on bulking on primo in my next cycle simply because of $$$  :(
I got back to school 2 weeks ago so money is tight for the next 3 years, my next cycles will probably be 1g of test only because it is effective and cheap, and at 1g of test a week I don't get any acne

Im not being sarcastic here--this is a serious question.   How the hell do you get anything out of the top of those cupboards?  Are they 15 feet high?
