We create two countries. Both areas contains the exact same amount of natural resources, infrastructure ect.

We let one country be only white and oriental (no muslims allowed either).

The other one african and arab/muslim/whatever.

Then we let 50 years pass, and no immigrants are allowed in either country.

Which country produces the best bodybuilders?

Which country will have the lowest crime rates, best educational status, best scientists, best economy and the highest average IQ?

Could the result be that one of the countries actually regressed in many areas?
