that wasn't a legit one, it was a replica. Like theone's Big_Mal has. Real ones cost 10's, or hundreds of thousands of dollars, and most swordsmith's don't make them for the general public.

Yes sir...i dont have a light or laser...i got it about 2 months ago...i might get into that stuff a bit later...

The lights have an on switch. Lights are great because you get to see what your shooting at, or shouldn't shoot act.

yeah, but i feel you, if you want to get all ninja, light needs to be off. I'm guessing here, but i bet that if that robbery saw the rail light, he would just have ran away.

Glow in the dark sights are good in low light situations, not pitch dark in my opinion. I think the light would be more useful here for the same reason you stated..you should always see what your shooting at BEFORE you pull that trigger.
