Well, I noticed this kid about to squat and while he had 3 plates and a dime on the side he'd loaded, the side his buddy loaded was 30 lbs lighter and I called the lifter's attention to that.

I also told twink #2 that there's no need for him to stand behind his buddy with his hands near the bar attempting to 'spot' that lift. If that weight starts to fall, he ain't gonna stop it.
