Even though I personally went through the wrestling Q-school before going on to get my certification in muscle appreciation, my recommendation two new schmoes is to take up muscle appreciation first.  Once they've got the basics of that down, the rest comes pretty easily.

probably.  I lust after other women, it's only natural.  But I don't think I can score an hour with Megan Fox during the Olympia weekend.  Why not?  Because I can do better, but that's beside the point.
