Avoiding the need for a gym with this lift
« on: September 17, 2009, 07:22:00 PM »
i get bored with too much training period

i know that i must do as much as possible in one day in order for my body to want to stay muscular

also it takes me alot of TIME to eat

thus the solution is to lift as heavy as fuck for reps on one exercise that can be beneficial for the whole body as my main lift for the day

i call this the "heavy dumbell lift" since a long bar deadlift bar isnt practicle in my crib probably crush through my hardwoods, plus also its virutually impossible for my back to feel like deadlifting or barbell squating everyday

but this dumbell lift is a good way of getting in short periodic fairly heavy weights and if one eat enough and aim to recover by eating a TON one may attain 9-10 dumbell lift sets a day of 30 reps squatting with the dumbell wich equals a decent amount of total pounds lifted, or gravity poundage attained for the day. so like 165 for 30 reps over 10 sets is nearly the same lifting 300 for 10 reps over 10 sets not quite but you catch my drift on how this can be a good workout.. i doubt im strong enough to hold a 300 pound dumbell and squat with it for 10 so thats why im doing 165 for 30

the heavy dumbell lift is like those big round stones the strong men carry wich is a great grip pulling and leg lift if done for reps while holding/cradiling the weight as you go down with but not sitting it on the ground. except my dumbell with weigh 165 and i weigh 240 so we will see how much of a pussy i am. Right now im eating so many calories like those cinnamon roll biscuits with frostings, i have two containers of that a day with grapefruit and apples. i also eat plenty of icecream with bananas, plenty oof spinach with peanutbutter, and pizza with pinaapplee
