Ok, so this morning I picked up Jay at LAX airport for a Flex photoshoot that he had at 11am.
He is shooting for a few hours and returning to LV right back so his routine is not disturbed too much. I have taken a few candid shots for you guys as a teaser until you see what's coming to Vegas next week and boy, I can't wait!

The only edge he had over the other guys was his size and thickness, which seems to have gone down a lot in those pics. Even if he's ripped, he isn't going to beat guys like Dex or Phil if he weighs somewhere between 240 - 250 lb. Doesn't look anywhere near as impressive as he used to :-\

this is not going to turn out good

looks smaller....lost some mass

impossible to go from a slin, HGH monster back down......

Ronnie tried it and looked like a mess

These mass monster guys are at their peak on the way up....its forward and onwards...you can never go back....there is a point of no return where you pass a proportional (muscle, tendon, etc) structure and just destroy everyting for the sake of mass.....Jay has done that.......his structure will now only ever look good carrying indecent amount of mass......its the only was he can create semblence of proportion and what looks best.

good luck trying to regain something from 2001....

I'm one of the guys here who'd love to see Jay win the title back, cause he's always a class act and I know he works his butt off. But you don't think he has lost size and thickness compared to how he looked last year? What is he expecting to weigh onstage?
