« on: September 19, 2009, 06:59:40 PM »
Well all and all it was a good meet I walked away with no injuries and made 5/6 attempts, unfortunately I didnt get the attempts that I was hoping for but for a first meet it went alright

Best snatch 220lbs, 100 kg
Best C&J 320 lbs, 145 kg

missed an attempt in the snatch that woulda helped my total alot heres the only vid that i snagged of my 145 C&J

all and all a great meet filled with great competitors, looking forward to my strongman next weekend though....Brute Force > technique :O)

Very nice work! Those movements are very hard to perfect.

yeah im strong enough for more but technique is tough man especially in the snatch.....very unforgiving in terms of technique errors no matter how slight

Impressive C&J.

I consider Olympic Lifting to be the ultimate strength sport to be honest.
