Bush really is more likable now that he's out of office

He's chilling with John Madden at the Sun night football game.  Just looks like a grandpa enjoying the game.

Just as american forgot the disgust for Clinton after a decade, I"m betting people shrug off Dubya's follies after a few years.

Bush got elected because of his likeability. It's his frightingly level of incompetence that is the issue.
No matter what you thought of former presidents they're usually likable.
Only who was a jackass was Nixon. A total thug.

I remember watching a program, and I'm not sure if the secret service guy was giving an interview or touting a book (can't remember), but he was saying that Carter was an extremely unfriendly President.  He was saying that out of all he's worked with, Carter was by far the worst.  Wish I could source it for you, but my memory is really fuzzy on it.

I noticed that Olberman is back doing sports commentary atleast parttime. He was leading the panel for the pregame and halftime show tonight. How long has he been back in sports commentary? Did he never completely leave?

I remember about only 5 months out of office Bush's favorability rating had gone up but I cant remember how high. Cheney's was also up but not by much. It would be interesting to know how high it is now and how high it will be 3 months from now.

That idiot is a disgrace and is the sole reason we have to deal with Obama.

People at least fear Cheney. You got to respect the evil genius of Cheney. Bush - he's just a village idiot.

No.

Carter is truly one to detest. An anti- American if there ever was one.
