I've never really quite made it to 21 days...Have done 11...Holy shit is it fucking intense...It's the weirdest thing when you don't revolve your life around food...Its like your mind taps into some other dimension...Warning though...Everyone around you will seem much different...Reality is their not but you just realize how much fucking retarded shit "they" talk about or do...And your smells become extreme...
