Dayum I still have more pounds to lose, but a couple of recent experiences remind me i'm on the right track..
-Last Wed or Thursday nite after the gym in shorts and sleeveless T, just getting off my bike to shop at a store. Two cute latinas just about to get in a car. The one I like i throw a compliment, she immediately returns it in spades. Good for the ego even though i have plenty of weight to lose!
-At my hardcore gym one of the older npc competitors and are are takling, he asks me if i'm a pro-absurd LOL - I don't have either the genetics or the interest in drugs to be there but hey it still felt good.

Thighs - start running track around age 11 then combine it with squats and leg presses then continue that during your football years.

Arms - good when i'm in ok shape or better, nothing when too heavy. Rounding in to form now.
