It's really gonna suprise alot of people.

way more detail than jay there.  But phil will probably peak early for the show, and J won't be ready until sat night.

I don't think Dexter can deal with Phil anymore. Phil will never have wide clavicles/chest but dudes pack so much muscle on it negates that weakness. The only person that Phil has to really worry about is Kai.

I think many people are talking about Jay this and Dex that...Dex was too small for a number of years, but won last year because Jay was off- as Jay has been for the last 2 years.
I don't think Jay will be in the mix this year, top 3 at best if he comes in without screwing up his prep. But I think it's between Kai & Phil.
