This is from 20 years ago,look at the 5 second mark at the relaxed pose,wonder how he`d fare against todays guys.

he's in no way small, he's around 6ft,,, was around 240 ish possibly more, and when u compare his conditioning with the slin freaks these days, theyd be lighter if they were to come in , in similar condtion......

Charles had a great physique. Very symmetrical but was not part of the click "Flex, Shawn, Dorian, Kevin" and IMO never got his fair shake. Look at the 95 AC....lost to Flex and Mike Francois...nothing to sneeze at. He has beaten Nasser, Cormier, Labrada and Priest....
