So who got calf implants?

I think this is much more common than you think. For most of the part they tend to look kinda good but you can spot it easier on black guys. Since it is one of the most common plastic surgery procedures for men, plastic surgeons can do this quite well, esp if there is already some muscle there and they put the implant under the muscle. Since almost all black guys have high insertions it becomes more obvious. Let's name some suspects:

Victor Martinez - something is going on here. Look artificial.
Darrem Charles - They blew up in one year or so from really small to descent. Also got that artificial look.
Flex - Probably had implants and synthol in them, they were a mess from top to bottom.
Louie - Very bad job, looks like the implant is placed over the muscle. This doc must be the same who did Tori Spellings tits or MJ:s nose.

Cobbling together a few random examples (suspects really) does not mean calf implants are common.  Do you personally know someone who has them?  In a week at the gym how many guys do you see/suspect have calf implants?  I have never noticed it at my gym and the guys there are as vain as anywhere else.  Among serious or aspiring competitors I have not noticed a trend toward calf implants though I confess, I have not examined photos long enough or closely enough to form an opinion on the guys you named.  Can we find someone who definitely has calf implants?  Probably, but that doesn’t make it common.

Why don’t you post some (before and after) pix to prove your point?  If the implants are as common as you say, there should be plenty such photos floating about.  Gyno surgery is common.  Calf implants?  No.
