this is a new approach but one that should work, i feel my training is on point but i lack proper food discipline sometimes and tend to eat junk after training when i should just nap
i know spinach and whole milk work great for building me up and good energy
so that will be my two main things i consume
ill still hit up my beer as i generally do punches after drinking, but tend to mess up when i get tired and eat cake when i should just take another nap!
