And training my back.
Going to do 4-5 exercises, but im not sure yet........Any suggestions???
Start with pull-ups. Try to work to a nice round # like, 50 or 100 total.
Deadlifts, off the floor, or off the rack.
DB rows, 12-15 reps. 4 sets.
Pulldowns- 3 sets, 3 drops per set (you choose reps, I'd do 10 minimum per drop). Change grip every drop.
If you still feel up to it, seated shrugs. Keep chest out, shoulders back, and shrug for 20 reps. 3-4 sets.
