Goin to the gym in 30 minutes

And training my back.

Going to do 4-5 exercises, but im not sure yet........Any suggestions???

Lat Pull Wide Grip
Lat Pull Close Grip
Cable Rear Delt X-Over
Pull Ups

your wasting your time read a book , go get drunk it'll do you as much good. but seriousely chins followed by one arm rows  than seated rows should do the trick. have a good w/o

Start with pull-ups. Try to work to a nice round # like, 50 or 100 total.

Deadlifts, off the floor, or off the rack.

DB rows, 12-15 reps. 4 sets.

Pulldowns- 3 sets, 3 drops per set (you choose reps, I'd do 10 minimum per drop). Change grip every drop.

If you still feel up to it, seated shrugs. Keep chest out, shoulders back, and shrug for 20 reps. 3-4 sets.

It's going good, but I'm actually keeping my weight steady around 175, I'm moving to Hawaii (got a bartending gig out there) and need to be in shape, I'll be competing next Sept, so major bulking is not in the cards right now..
