Breakfast is a two part process:

Part 1 - upon rising - shake, 2 scoops protein and water

Part 2- 1 hr later 8 whole egg scramble with creme, feta cheese, 1 tomato diced, a little butter and olive oil and spices & bottle of water

Part 2- con.t review gossip board on GetBig as I eat said meal

upon rising all i want to do is to eat a big solid meal not just a "protein shake" crap..

No.1 at BK  (crousante sausage and cheese) without the egg.   I hate eggs.   Comes with hashbrowns and your choice of oj or coffee. 33 gms of protein,   12 carbs and 0 grams of fat!!! :)

I am the opposite.

Eating from a hotel breakfast buffet or
order something like Spaghetti Bolognese, sushi, Grilled beef or salmon.

Pure tourist on vacation food.

The diet is bad, and training with babyweights atm
but still in decent shape.
