I agree DB....monster vocalists.

I will submit for discussion that Chris Cornell in his prime (Badmotorfinger, Superunknown) could sing circles around both of them.

The notes he hits around 5:20 make the hair on my neck stand up on this one

This song rules...It's about a Robin that crashed into a window at his house, so he went outside a crushed it's head with a brick.

too bad his voice is all leathery and shot now.
Cornell is GOD..thats music right there..Superunknown is in my top 5 alt/rock albums of all time..If only SG would of carried on..Sure we got the Chris/Rage combo and they layed some great tracks down but it wasnt the same..

100% agree. Badmotorfinger/ Superunknown are the 1 2 punch of all time, I still listen to them daily. That fucking guy could sing his ass off.

If I had to take one record with me on a desert island, it would probably be Superunknown

Same here mate , that whole era of Seattle sound I still plug into and find I get more joy from than alot of the newer stuff..
Pearl Jam are touring here shortly and Ive never seen them live , unfortunatly they are missing my city but Im hoping to get enough funds togeather to get along and see them..

Stone Temple Piolets another awesome band from that era.

I'm with you all the way, dude. That was a great era in music.  IMO the best of all time, there were so many good bands around then.

Shit I posted the wrong version  ;D

This the studio version is better as Chris's vocals have a more of a raw edge to them..

Just loading that up now Groink Cheers mate.

I've been cranking "Appetite for Destruction" lately.everybody always bring up Axl and Slash but the bottom of the music{drums, bass, guitar}is just killer.

I think Adler was a better drummer that Sorensom for GNR.
