Dex is looking very good- improved condition and size, especially the LEGS!! his quad sweep is MUCH improved if u guys pay any attention.

Phil is CARTOONISH- crazy round muscle bellies, with the added size he looks a lot more impressive. His conditioning is not as good though, so its goign to hurt him in comparison.

JAY CUTLER was the SURPRISE OF THE SHOW- unbeleivable!!

I have NEVER seen anyone make improvements like that on their physique, this guy is practically back to his 01 shape!! unbelievable, just unbelievable. His shoulder size looks down though, and so does his back.
