jay for the win for sure, he's got the crowds vote in the audience and most of us here on this board! lol!

someone commented jay is blocky? compared to what?! if he had a smaller waist it would be structurally impossible especially for the fricking ginormous bodyparts his waist is attached too!

lastly jay looks the best of everyone else when he's relaxed and not flexing and posing

Kai did improve, and you could argue that he beats Dexter, but there is no way he touches Jay. You seriously have Jay 3rd?!?!? He absolutely dwarfs everyone except ruhl and is arguably the most conditioned guy in the show.

As for Jay being compared to Kai, they were compared and Jay dwarfed him. Kai's conditioning may have improved towards the end, however, not nearly enoguh to make up for Jay's size advantage. Also, Jay's conditioning stayed spot on the whole night.

1-Jay; 2-Dex; 3-Kai (arguably 2nd); 4-Heath; 5-Branch; 6-Rockel

No! His lower back/hams/glutes were totally dry. His quads looked incredible--striations everywhere! Incredible because he looked substantially bigger than any of the other top guys and was just as conditioned. I'd say a dominating win.

Kai's waist is dramatically improved... Jay's waist is still 40 inches +...Looks great though...He will probably win and it will be because of the dramatic improvement from last year...

Can anyone touch this front double bi shot?

That is a great shot of Kai. Kai looked a little flat when he first came out; however, he improved a lot during prejudging and looked to equal his Arnold condition towards the end. I couldn't believe how much more size he has than Phil Heath....it wasn't even close. I just don't think he has enough to beat Jay yet.

For some reason, I didn't pay attention to Dexter and Kai....did Kai dwarf him as much as he did Heath? I know Dex looked like a kid next to Jay.

Dex looked dry and Kai looked shredded... I have an obvious bias towards Kai so I think he's better than Dex overall but these guys are going to have a hard time beating out two Mr. Olympias...IMO Kai should win...He's in great shape, has great symmetry no gut and every bodypart...including calves...Kai clearly beats Phil BTW that arguement is over...

I agree that Kai owned Phil, and arguably he beat Dexter. However, Jay simply too good a blend of size and conditioning for Kai to prevail. There are some great pics on Flexonline from the prejudging comparisons.

what's impressive about jay is that he just takes up a lot of space onstage compared to kai, dex, and phil. his structure and proportions really do a lot for him. Phil Heath needs to regain that old form of his. I think he over dieted.

Jay has it easily. Condition - incredible, way too much mass for anyone to handle.

Kai looks good, saw some shots which must have been taken earlier. If his condition improves he should beat Heath and maybe Dex but those 3 are a toss up.

Jay was ripped and very impressive

Kai was off at first but kicked ass and should be no lower than second

Phil was Mr. O standing alone but lost ground during comparisons

Dex looked better than last year but got seriously out-muscled

Branch was a pleasant surprise

Rockel was ripped and beat the shit out of Victor

Toney dwarfed everyone during his call-outs

Vic looked uninterested and won't do well

Melvin was soft and looked terrible - out of the top 10

Wolf was massive but needs Milos to sort out his conditioning

Ruhl was also massive and had surprisingly good conditioning

Sivio still looks the same (terrible)

Darrem looked like a fat pile of shit
