I'm not saying Jay's structure is perfect, or even good. He's got a waist wider than the Amazonas.

But he's in awesome condition, and the rest of his body is actually pretty balanced. He will never be a Levrone, or a Shawn Ray or Flex Wheeler type of guy.

And the waist he had when he came up, that's just gone.

Overall, I think he's better than ever.

Hell, his abs didn't protrude the way Ronnie Rockel's did when in a relaxed state.

That's control.

I dont care for the guy, but based on all the pics I am seeing...I would say KAI for the win...

On a side note... Phil is just starting to look weird...cant quite put my finger on it...

8) I agree that pose is bad but its more the case of him hitting it wrong . As for the waist thing its in fine proportion to his massive shoulder width . His structure is simply very large all around . KAY and DEX are weird looking with odd proportions .é

We had every reason to doubt MADMAX6.  In 2007 when Cutler looked no better than Ruhl he told Ron Avidan backstage that Jay's victory was a done deal.  :-X :-X :-X

Still blocky and too wide a waist, not a good flow either. He improved from last year, though, and his conditioning is spot on. However, he's a poor man's champ if he wins.
