he even has visable cuts in his glutes now which he didnt even have in 2001.

he isn't "better" than 2001-2003 ironman or 2006 when he won the first time

I'm not sure if he has surpassed 2001, but he definately brought a package on stage noone would have ever thought he'd be able to bring again.

His back looks a little watery compared to past showings, but he did good this year.  If Kai tightens up though, it could be a photo finish.

no close.  if this version met up with avg ronnie vs his 2001 cause he has dropped to get here today...he gets jacked.   this is a good lineup with no true big man ala ronnie or yates which allowed him to come 10-12lbs ligher.  call it like u see it.  he has lost some upbody to come down.  small/weak current O and some upstarts.  

no better...just more aged physique.
