Jay looks good but it's amazing what constitutes "striated" these days.  Andreaz Munzer was "striated".  Very few pros are truly striated anymore.  The quality of muscle has changed dramatically over the years.

That has to be one of the worst X-mas trees for a top contender. No striations whatsoever. Had this been Flex, Ronnie, Dorian, Shawn, or Chris, we would have said they needed to hang it up. No striations on the outer edges of the X-mae tree

that being said, this is the best he has looked, but remember, this not about the "best he has looked". Did he knock out the champ? Now, I haven't seen the pics, so I'll

Jay looks a lot better but unfortunately Dexter is going to win again.  He dwarfs Dex but he's still very blocky and not better conditioned than Dex especially when he hits his ab thigh shot. 

Dexter is even more ripped and his midsection has shrunk a great deal.

Its between Dexter and Jay and no one else however I think that Dexter is going to beat Jay again.  Jay is still dwarfing Dexter but Dexter is still killing him in conditioning and overall aestetics.  What makes it evident is that ab and thigh pose.  

I think the sport is going into the direction of more refinement rather than pure mass.  But this contest will decide it.  It can go either way but I think that Dexter is going to win it based on the new direction of the sport.  If it does go to Jay, I wouldn't have any complaints neither as he is still outmassing Dex


Kai would be in contention but he'll never get the title no matter how he looks.  He's got too much personal baggage from the porn industry unfortunately.
