His waist looks terrible!  He was known for not having a wide waist and a good taper, without that, he is not even top 10 at a lower show.

charles in charge trouble.

those 10k shows are giving now 15k-20k in some and alves, james and other 40 guys are better plus a slue of young ones.  stay small and tight...too old for the weight.

i thinks its a good idea for him t take some time off of being shredded 24/7 and put on more size. he has been the same size for 5 years now. it why he doesnt place well, cuz he always comes in diced.

he shouldnt have competed at the olympia though, knowing he wasnt going to get down to contest shape.
