Jay shocked a number of people last night with his conditioning. Jay's wheels were peeled and he definitely redeemed himself from previous years. Will he win? Highly possible and I wouldn't argue with the call.

I'd go with THE BLADE for the win though. I don't think anyone knocked Dex out last night. Jay's without a doubt bigger than Dex but Dexter improved from last year, was in condition and the winner in my eyes.

that makes ur boy at least 4th. dont tell me they came up with a story to put him ahead of kai before tonight. better if kai in top 2 which he should be.

Dex is looking better in most pics, but he's a lot smaller and Jay is much improved. Jay just has so much more muscle than him.

I think jay will probably win and set up next years's storyline. If Dex wins over a lifetime best Jay, why would jay compete again?

i think everyone on this board knew the kai story as far as the O, dont see it happening. he should focus on the Arnold, could become a 4-5 time winner and enjoy the checks with O runners up.

could he possibly lose the posing round to phil if phil is behind? i'm assuming they say he didnt hit enough mandatories.

That's NOT a lifetime best Jay. He was better in 2001 at the Mr. O and at the 2003 Ironman.

i dont have a problem with Jay winning this year but there's no way either Dex or Phil should be 2nd. Clearly, if you go with Jay it should be Kai in the runner up position.

Kai is top 3 for sure!
But marketing and financial issues do play a factor in the sport

Dex is smaller than Jay, sure, but what's new? Dex has him on hardness, shape and symmetry. Jay is awesome this year, but so is Dex. It really comes down to Mass vs. Symmetry/Shape. Their conditioning is both great, but Dex is a little harder overall. Both guys have a good argument for being #1. Man, Kai is eating their dirt, not even worth mentioning for top 2.
