i have found next to ZERO strength loss in legs. i always do a strength test. i only want to workout doing falcon punches an save my leg energy to stand and do carpentry and painting work  and some plumbing and final grass mowings of the year in some weeks.

most would have trouble skipping 3 steps going up stairs, even without leg training i can go 2-3 steps at a time and ITS VIRTUALLY THE SAME if i were to train legs.

If i train legs it just brings out the muscle not really growing it and making it better. Training legs stimulates the calorie expenduture and is actually wastefull to do when dieting because you need you legs to do minimal tasks and if your legs are spent an severely drained then your asking for trouble because you will be non functional IF YOU STILL WANT TO BE ABLE TO DO MANUAL LABOR WITHOUT FATIGUE, im not talking about chopping down a tree with an axe but more simple manual labor

I skip one step, so I step 2 steps at a time. It's a lot easier and faster.

I dont walk up steps.  I grab the guardrail and pull the entire upper floor ten feet down into the earth.
