No it wasnt..............again ur wrong. There were National Guard deployed as part of the G 20 security. First off they were'nt title 10 they were acting as part of the Penn State security plan over seen by the Gov. They were title 32....second the Guard does not wear woodland cammo's, we're all wearing ACU's

The individuals involved in the 9/24/2009 arrest which has appeared online are law enforcement officers from a multi-agency tactical response team assigned to the security operations for the G20.

It is not unusual for tactical team members to wear camouflaged fatigues. The type of fatigues the officers wear designates their unit affiliation. Prior to the arrest, the officers observed this subject vandalizing a local business. Due to the hostile nature of the crowd, officer safety and the safety of the person under arrest, the subject was immediately removed from the area.

Further..the US military wouldn't deploy troops to do crap like that....Penn has its National Guard to do anything they might need as far as crowd control. The Marines deployed to  South Central during the riots, we've deployed as part of the Hurricane relief efforts of various disasters...They used em to intergrate a school in the 60's. Anything else u would never know about or need to know about. Its not easy to deploy US troops on US soil especially ina high profile law enforcement role.

Just because you saw a few law and order re-runs playing without the sound while you were serving chicken nuggets to children at a local public elementary school cafateria during lunchtime doesn't mean you know or understand anything about law.

Quick hint-- Miranda warnings only have to be given when an agent of the state such as a police officer arrests someone. However, under special circumstances, such as when there is the possibility that the public welfare would be put at risk/ in danger no warning needs to be given. This excuse can be invoked freely during a high security alert situation such as the G20 summit where the most important men on the planet have convened and the military has been called in for the safety of the attendees of the G20 and the general public. This might also excuse the invocation of the 4th amendment for similar reasons, as the argument can easily be made that the G20 is a "special needs" situation where due to the nature of the event itself, no warrant would need to be issued for searches and seizures ( that includes arrests).

Its not even remotely the case....these guys were part of the Pittsburg Tactical unit. This is so obvious thats its not funny. If they were some kind of Black ops team....they wouldn't be wearing woodlands or any kind of cammies at all...u'd never get em on Utube and our SOF has better things to do then arrest nutjobs. The statement I posted was from their Public affairs folks..call em. If a sound weapon was used it was used by the National Guard or asked for by the Gov of that state to provide security.
