I dont get how you can say dexter, Victor, Kai were more pleasing to look at then Jay or Branch. Victor's legs are a funky shape and the calves and biceps are filled with oil. Dexter's abs are weird, they seem to start narrow up top and become wider at the bottom which is reverse of how they are supposed to look. Kai has the ugliest body on stage, his gut is starting to resemble ronnies. Heath i can see an argument for, but his aesthetics dont make up for lack in size he has compared with the top guys.

x2...Make no mistake, everything is done on purpose...In the realm of this nutty sport, the black "winners" will always be seen as LAZY by anyone who knows about training...

Lets face it, the hardest thing to train is calves/quads/back...Ronnie is supposed to be the greatest bodybuilder alive yet in many "knowing" people's eyes, he was a lazy negro because he refused to kill his c alves...Cutlers calves were crazy...Dorian's calves were crazy...Arnold's calves were crazy...It means that these Arayan's trained much harder then their Negro brothers...

I'm not saying I agree with it, but it if for sure what has been said behind the scenes... ::)

I wouldn't say Ronnie was lazy, not one bit. I've seen him train many times and saw him prep for the 03 Olympia, which he came out at 296. He blasted his calves all the time, and they are huge in person. Just that there is no shape to them like Dorian, Branch, Cutler, etc..

On the other hand Cormier and Shawn Ray had really good calves and they were very hard trainers.

Ronnie trained heavy but had rest periods of over 3 minutes right up to contest time...Ronnie may be a strong mother fucker for sure but make no mistake, they guy moved in slow fucking motion...

And lets face it, he gave up on his calves a decade ago...

I guess you never saw "The unbelieveable", you know where Ronnie Coleman quite literally is John Henry. and no his rest periods are not like "3 min". And if they were look at the weight he uses. yes. And after Ronnie trained....he went to work. Worked 12 hour shifts while Shawn Ray, Chris Cormier, Kevin Levrone, and Flex Wheeler chilled. That's why Ronnie was the best. He was a hard worker.
