I am white as milk and I think Branch getting second is bullshit.

Was he in great condition- Yes
Is he aesthetic at all? NO
Does his physique flow? NO
Does he have noticable muscle tears and look shitty in most of his mandatory poses? YES

He definetly improved, and I would have had him in the top 6, but second? No fucking way.
