I am truly happy for branch warren... humble keeps his mouth shut... lifts heavy.....
humility is key
is opposition to some o competitors... who yes have great genetics but suffer from LACK of humility
he keeps his mouth shut.... trains super hard... no super guru.. there to to him to sit on the can and take a dump or when to eat
he just shuts his mouth
trains hard...
a blue collar bber... at heart
 you can see he loves training
and his efforts were finally rewarded
..

This is awesome that he finally made it top 2 at the Olympia, coincidently with the same guy he beat in his second competition as a teenager.

Branch is definately one of the hardest working bodybuilders out there.

he did pretty much called dexter a Pussy after prejudging though.  ;D

Well he called the people that aint conditioned enought o pose a bunch of pussies, and Dex was one of them that actually got a break from the judges to catch his breath  ???

I was too drunk to watch the finals last night, but damn I cant believe Warren finally got awarded!  Well deserved, Im definetly going to have to watch the replays.

i found Dex and Phil a bit cocky in the run up to the o
Phil in particular .. now I like Phil really loved his first dvd cool guy
but i think he started to believe the hype... as in he would just show up and win because everyone anointed him winner...
Phil lacks something Ronnie had.... though Ronnie is the ultimate bber
when he arrived no one was proclaiming him the gift or lauding him with accolades he had to work hard and build himself up
he didn't have everything just handed to him magazine front covers etc etc
Phil just walked into that cuter guided him then hany became a "guru"
i just think he started to believe the hype...
i just prefer guys who have to struggle... and work extra extra hard

ie
Dorian and Ronnie
in contrast look at flex.... he was the "gift2 of that era very  hyped so he never went that extra mile that Dorian and Yates did

Dex displayed un-sportsman(didn't congratulate Branch or Jay) like conduct when he got called third. He is an ass! I hope he never gets on stage again.
