That one I can answer - What he meant was that even though Jay was not Mr O last year, he basically was, in terms of how he carried himself, dealt with the media, trained, dealt with his fans, appearances etc. He was basically associated as the Mr O last year in many people's minds, even though the actual Mr O was Dex.

The comment could arguably interpreted as a dig at Dex (and possibly Dex might have taken offense to it), but I am not sure Bom meant it in a way that criticized Dex (even though indirectly it arguably did).
