If you have a DEA license for all schedules, you can write drug. 
I doubt she has a license for scheduled drugs, but if she does, hormones, narcotics, stimulants, they're all a signature away.  Until she gets her license revoked anyway.

What NP's & PA's can write scripts for varies from state to state. In most cases they can write scripts for limited amounts of schedule III drugs.
