Branch was robbed - Great Interview! Branch quote of the show - "They reward all the pussies". how's Flex at the end of the Interview calling Branch "Branch Wheeler" That Flex is so self obsessed, he has trouble forgeting about himself for even a moment. As for Dex, he is highly overrated - too small and no calves at all - Dex hasn't improved in five years. He sulked like a little girl when handed third place - in-gracious loser.  He should compete in the 202 class, he would only have to lose ten pounds and he would make the weight.  Way too small to mix it with the big boys.

Flex was talking too Branch about his ability to pose for longer periods of time now without sucking in air after a short period of time like the other bodybuilders were .  Branch talked about how he spent 45 minutes a day practising posing and he treated it like a workout.  Flex asked him if it annoyed him that the bodybuilders were given more breaks now between posing and Branch responded by saying it did bother him, he was there to fight and was able to continue posing without a break, hence the comment ""they reward all the pussies"

His arms were probably the worst on stage when they're hanging down or in a most muscular... it's some kind of optical illusion, they look ok in a front double bi, but when they're at his side relaxed they look tiny..



For his build (torso, legs and shoulders) his arms are definetly his weak body part.

Another (better) example of what I'm talking about... I think what it comes down to is, his arms are big from the side, but looking directly at him from the front they seem thin or underdeveloped

I don't know I would describe Branch's forearms as twigs, but they aren't huge like lee priests or Dorian yates, but there comparable too the majority of the field.  Huge forearms are like calves, few and far between.  Ronnie Colemans forearms were never impressive, and his triceps were fairly average too.

His placing didn't suprise me, as soon as I saw the prejudging pics it was blatantly obvious he would be top three!

Ditto, although I wouldn't say anything if they'd made him swap places with Dex either.

By "surprised everyone", I'm referring to all the pre-contest talk in the mags and the forums, where no one as much as considered him a contender for the top 6.
