Those are contributing factors but look again, you can't slather on striations and thickness from some Jan Tana. He's definitely beefed up and ripped up. Too little too late though.

Phil did look better on Saturday night.

The judging takes both nights into account. I like it that way, athletes should be able to hold their condition.
