Q for Milos or any other expert -about depletion process-

in this video we see Jay doing chest 3 days out for the contest.

In this stage (for 3 days),

aren't you supposed to do full body workouts (every day) and train lightly lets say in the 15rep range, and then 3 days out carb load and no training?

why does Jay do only chest? and Wolf did back and shoulders only..

what other methods are there fpr depletion (talking about training).

ITS ALL PART OF CYCLE,,THEY HAVE ON IT IT HAPPEN ON THAT DAY,,,YOU BURN OUT DOING ALL BODY IN ONE DAY,,,,,never do that you carb load all body goes through equilibirium and drugs take over last 2 weeks of contest you go buy carbs only you low and flat you fill up extra 50 gram then adjust by 10 every hour till you feel bettr,,,no bloat you stop its balance,,
