we're working on phasing out the daily naps.  Any suggestions for good bedtime and wake up times?  How many hours did your rugrat need per night at this age? 

My little one wants to stay up every day, then starts to fall down around 5 pm, when it's too late to nap.  Then he'll crash by 730 - then wake up at 12 am, hungry and wide awake.  Any suggestions?  thanks!

I think I remember having "mats" in grade school (maybe up to 2nd grade?  Not sure) where we were supposed to take naps and then one kid would be chosen to wake us w/a tap from a "magic wand."
