Spotter in gym today

I was bench pressing today in gym and asked a guy i never ask for a spot.

He fucked up lift out for a start then i was onm about 3rd rep and i could see him shadow boxing in the mirror a few feet behind me.

OMFG hilarious - I could have crushed my neck so bad squeezed out 2 more reps then had to stop cos was hilarious.

Why are you being a pussy and asking for a spotter? Theres really no need.

If you can't get the bar back up just lower it to your hips than sit up. what is this "could have crushed my neck" business, do you bench with the bar that far up?

That's what I thought. Not many facts are truly known about Getbig's very own  spotter.

 What I gatherd up are these...


 1. He is a transdimensional being. He cruses through the 3 known dimensions and 11 other unknown dimensions at will.



 2. He may or may not be the devil himself.



 3. He doesn't feel pity, or remorse or fear and he absolutely will not stop... ever! Until Derek Anthony is dead!



 Supposedly 240 knows more about spotter but who knows!
