Hi... I used it a while back when it was the "hottest thing" to hit the market and noticed slight gains in energy levels. Nothing really to write home about tho...

I take it and i think it's made me fuller. Nothing thats breakthrough, but considering its pretty cheap I say yea give it a try.

and theres no "vanadyl farts"
