imo



His gut and everything is getting out of controll these days.
Not to mention his hair is completly fucked now, it was never that good to begin with, but now.. he should shave it, and his choice of music sucks, he should stick to michael jackson songs lol.
Yes his posing routines are embarassing to watch but this one is not too bad maybe?

Yes, this is a very good routine. His routine at the O was very disappointing.

I remember years ago, when Kai was in the NGA and I competed a little in the NGA, he was competing the same night in the pro class..He was in the back pumping up, listening to tunes..he looked awesome back then too..not sure if he was all natural, but I would think so...Its amazing how far hes gone. That was like 12 years ago.

I haven't been paying attention then...I've been around longer than 240...I remember him when he was still 240 or bust...before he melted when him and MattT went at it. I remember Squat before he was Squad, when he was Mirzy. I remember a lot of guys on here that have since taken off. I remember how adipo8 is apparently Toney Freeman, and Dexter Jackson was supposedly here under an alias but I can't remember who/which.

Why would 240 know any of this over somebody like Goatboy, Wiggs, myself or ManBearPig (formerly PowerRod)...all who have been here longer?
