Jag, that sounds absolutley horrible. You guys have to stop that big government attack on civil liberties. If I was Canadian, I'd be forwarding that to everyone too. Good luck.
See, in the U.S. many conservatives have a more libertarian streak, whereas, they want government to back far away from anything that infringes on our liberties. These are the folks who disagree with some of the things the far left is trying to push in the U.S. and people who had a problem with Bush's Iraq war and the over-reaching aspects of the patriot act.
Right vs. Left is not always what people think. Oppressive government can come from both sides.
