You going to answer my question, Mr. Personality?
From what I've seen over the last couple of years, is that MMA is still in the primitave stages when it comes to strength and conditioning. The main reason why my fighters stay with me is that they are constantly making improvements when it comes to power, being explosive and conditioning that goes beyond the 3 or 5 rounds.
Another thing is that most of their diet regimines suck, in the past some used to not diet and try to drop as much as 15-20lbs in a matter of days, kinda like they were making weight for a high school wrestling tournament. I've convinced alot, not only my fighters but others around the country that the training that we do would be a waste if they bring they're weight down in that matter, got into the octagon only to find out they don't have the strength for a 5 min rounds. My fighers stick with me because they have seen the results and they TRUST ME!!
