yeah if you wanna feel absolutely tiny sit next to Nasser. His forearms are bigger than most bodybuilders upper arms and that is not an exageration The dude is WIDE as hell to boot. I rarely hang out with other bodybuilders as most have nothing to talk about other than bodybuilding..EVER. That shit gets real old at some point. Unlike so many in or from the industry Nasser was interesting, funny and very down to earth.  

BTW the poster above is a competitor and bigger than probably anyone who has posted in this thread so far.  

He wears extremely large shirts so pictures like this don't show his true size.  Just look at pics of most pro bodybuilders today wearing oversized shirts - sometimes they dont even look like bodybuilders.  Does that mean they're small?  No, just means they're wearing an oversized shirt.  Most people are smart enough to realize that.

Yes, several have been posted, like the one in this thread.  And the quote above is from just six months ago from a poster who is quite a bit bigger than you and has no reason to exaggerate.  During his retirement he is not growing and shrinking rapidly lol.  The only people who think Nasser is anything but huge in retirement are ones who have not seen him in person.  Anyone in San Diego who has seen him in person lately will disagree.

I live in San Diego and have seen him a couple of times. Last time was around June.... he looks 260 at most. Which is still but weirdly proportioned. Arms  are gone with the wind and so his the back...
