I don't care what side of the political aisle where you reside. You HAVE to be asking yourself why the current Justice Administration has allowed for the voter intimidation charges against this nutball were dropped. Att. General Eric Holder is showing his true bias. C'mon, people! This is wrong on all levels!

Don't believe me? Take a look for yourself. :
Prosecute The Panthers! There are a lot of big issues dominating the headlines today, but there is one that we cannot afford to forget amid the coverage of healthcare “reform,” cap and trade, Iran and Afghanistan. I’m pleased to report that the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights and Rep. Frank Wolf (R-VA) are still pressing the Obama Administration to explain the outrageous dismissal of voter intimidation charges against members of the New Black Panther Party.
Yesterday, the Civil Rights Commission sent a blistering letter to Attorney General Eric Holder accusing him of stonewalling the investigation and demanding that the Obama Administration fully comply. Rep. Wolf took to the House floor yesterday and again demanded that the Justice Department explain itself, warning of “serious and dangerous consequences for future voter intimidation enforcement.” Rep. Wolf is right. The charges are serious and the men in question are dangerous. Today’s Washington Times notes:
“At electionjournal.org, there is a National Geographic video clip of these same Black Panthers saying, ‘You want freedom, you’re gonna have to kill some crackers. You’re gonna have to kill some of they [sic] babies.’ [Emphasis added.] One of these menaces is a local Democratic official and was a registered Democratic poll watcher on the day in question. Three days after the case was dropped against him, he again served as an official poll watcher for Democratic municipal elections in Philadelphia.”
